    Cannot start application: Application validation did not succeed

    Im trying to install the game but whenever i get to the validation part it gives me the error Cannot start application: Application validation did not succeed.

    I already have my IEX8 updated to IEX9 and had the Framework enabled. btw im trying to play in the Philippines.

    There's your problem, re-down load the client after you clear all traces of the old one.

    i'm too old and tired to explain what that means, but something was corrupted during the download or you been monkeying around with the launcher exe.

    Make sure to do a complete uninstall of the game. hunt down any files with keywords of "GRO" or "Yeti" in them.

    then do a clean re-install

    if the problem still persist, please let us know..

    Hello there, receiving these errors could mean one of two things. It could either mean that something wasn't installed properly (which you can find the steps to uninstall and reinstall below) or it could mean that your system doesn't mean the minimum requirements found here: http://ghost-recon.ubi.com/ghost-rec...t=tcm:6-231-32.

    1. Start the game launcher and select 'Uninstall' in the Help menu.;
    2. Make sure there are no remaining files, which are linked to the game on your computer. You can do this by searching for: PDC / GRO / Yeti.
    3. Locate the 'Apps' folder, by following this path: C:/Users /*Username* /AppData /Local /Apps
    4. Remove or delete the folder 'Apps'.
    5. Completely disable your anti-virus system and Firewall.
    6. Login to our website at http://ghost-recon.ubi.com/ghost-rec...ome/index.aspx and click "Play Free" on the top of the page.
    7. During the installation you will be asked to choose a file path. Please install the game in a folder for which you have administrator rights. UsuallyC:/Ubsioft/GRO is the default file path.
    8. Do not interrupt the installation. Launch the game after completion.

    We suggest verifying that you meet all of the requirements. If you do meet the requirements and yet you continue to experience issues, contact us by sending in a ticket and we can troubleshoot with you.
